For this series of workshops we asked a number of leading & inspiring international teachers to develop a very special concept for us. During the class they will take you to the how and why they do what they do, to their 'Core Philosophy'. This makes this series already unique in its kind. In this first series we have both Michael Christensen and Patch Adams! Thanks to both of them, our profession has seen the light! Discover the teachers here:
CLOWN & TANGO
Always dreamed of dancing tango, but never dared?
Or are you already dancing and want to find more freedom in your dance?
For teams in hospitals, institutions for people with disabilities or dementia
From our many years of experience, we have set up a special programme in which we provide clowning tools to care workers. The clown has a very unique way of making contact, which pays attention to the person behind the illness or disability. The clown has many tools to make contact in fragile situations, a.o. through touch, voice, basic (clowning) stimulation, play, fantasy and humour. Sometimes miracles happen between clowns and people who are sometimes hard to reach because of their disability or dementia. Through clear exercises, we take your team through the approach of care-clowns, not to turn caregivers into clowns, but to learn how that can complement daily work and contacts with residents/patients. A light and deep exploration into the wonder that contact can be.

Interested in immersing your team in this special world of making contact? Then contact us to see what we can do for you.
